40th Chester

We provide scouting to children of both sexes aged 6-14 in three sections.

Beavers, for children aged 6-8, provides scouting by learning through play.

Cubs, for children aged 8-11, provides scouting with a more imagination led experience.

Finally, scouts for children aged 11 -14, provides a more challenging environment using every day adventures.

Follow the B5106 south through Huntington village.

Just before the bridge over the dual carriageway turn right into the waterworks drive.

The hut is approximately 100 yards down the drive on the right.

Note – Do not park on the drive it is in constant use for deliveries to the works, and emergency access must be maintained at all times.

The Scout Association is a registered educational charity dedicated to the moral, physical, and mental development of young people.

The 40th Chester is a Scout Group in the Chester scouting district of the Cheshire county.

We always welcome assistance from adults who have the welfare of young people at heart. This could be with a section or in the group administration.
